Refund Policy

At Dotweb, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  1. Web Design Services

    • Refunds are available prior to the commencement of work. Once work begins, refunds may only be issued if the service is not delivered as agreed or is defective.
    • For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current month will only be provided if the service has not yet been delivered.
  2. Domain Registration and Hosting

    • Domain registration fees are non-refundable after successful registration.
    • Hosting services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused full months will be processed if cancellation occurs within 7 days of payment.
  3. Marketing Services

    • Marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns have started unless there is a defect in service delivery or failure to meet agreed terms.
  4. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

    • If your purchase was made through direct marketing, you have 5 business days to cancel and receive a full refund, provided services have not been rendered.
  5. Defective Services

    • If a service is defective, not fit for purpose, or fails to meet agreed terms, you may request a refund, replacement, or remedial service.
